The Classic Two-Piece Starter Set includes the two most important tools needed in any kitchen- a 3 1/2″ Paring Knife and 8″ Cook’s Knife. From mincing fine herbs to slicing through squash, these all-purpose knives can handle almost any cutting task in the kitchen.
Features a full tang that is triple riveted to the handle for added stability and precise control. Classic series handles are made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
Each Classic Knife is forged from a single block of High Carbon Stainless Steel and tempered to 58-degree HRC for lasting edge retention, integral blade strength, and ease of maintenance. The Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) yields a blade that is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention.
