Care: To clean the ceramic mechanism, add 1 tsp coarse salt to the empty mill, set to fine grind & grind until empty. Remove the grey adjustment wheel to access the ceramic cone for a more thorough cleaning. Ceramic must be 100% dry before re-assembly.
